Barry and Laiya Moniak founded End In Mind Consulting using the wisdom gained from their life work and experiences. They share a common perspective on the human condition … that being … people spend most of their lives wishing, hoping, striving, struggling and eventually giving up because of the way their bodies Somatically (the study of the Mind~Body connection) hold, process, and express energy.

Quantum Physics has proven that reality happens from the inside out, and those in the top 20% of the old 80/20 rule, express themselves accordingly. Their internal Somatic alignment affords them personal excellence, enhanced communication, exceptional relationships, and dynamic leadership skills personally and professionally.
