Our training program includes two 45-minute virtual online weekly sessions dedicated to your organization. The sessions are easy to attend, custom-tailored for the Tire & Automotive industry, and will improve the sales results of your organization.

ONBOARDING

Month 1

To ensure success in the program, we work with you to:

  • Obtain company roster and email addresses

  • Collaborate on sales training workbook (customize language, identify tire program(s), and branding)

  • Order sales training workbooks for employees

  • Setup Call tracking (if applicable)

  • Schedule Phase 1 Virtual Training sessions

  • Schedule Monthly Success Check-in

TRAINING - PHASE 1

Month 2-6

Virtual Training Sessions begin for your company. Two online 45-minute virtual training sessions per week, focused in these areas: 

  • Month 2 – Philosophy & Theory

  • Month 3 – In-Store Reception

  • Month 4 – Inbound Calls

  • Month 5 – Outgoing Calls

  • Month 6 – Tire Sales

TRAINING - PHASE 2

Month 7-12

Virtual Training Sessions begin for your company. Two online 45-minute virtual training sessions per week, focused in these areas: 

  • Month 7 – Philosophy & Theory

  • Month 8 – In-Store Reception
